Post Pals’ aim is to ‘Post a smile on a sick child’s face’. It’s a fantastic site where you can send a sick child an email, letter, card or a small gift.  It helps poorly children smile through times when they are ill.  There is a list of children, me included, and you can read about their stories and illnesses.
